Skate and Read

The goal was to capture the overall feeling of the International Women’s Day event hosted by Bronx Girls Skate at Vans Skate Space 198 on March 8, 2022. The event included a skate jam, product giveaways, and a film screening of Norma Ibarra’s “Para Ti” based on her book featuring women skateboarders from Mexico. We documented, edited, and published a recap of the event to provide Bronx Girls Skate with a video piece they can share with both community members and potential partners.
